frequently asked questions
what is yumira?
yumira is a subscription based client for counter-strike 2. it adds visuals, movement assistance, a skin changer, lua scripting and a reshade runtime, all controlled from one in-game menu.
what systems do you support?
windows 10 (x64 and x86) and windows 11 (x64), with counter-strike 2 installed through steam. the loader needs an internet connection to sign in and to fetch updates.
do i need an invite?
yes. registration is invite only. an invite lets one account be created and cannot be reused afterwards.
how do i buy a subscription?
create an account if you have not already, sign in and open the purchase page. pick a plan and a payment method there. new time stacks on top of time you already have.
what payment methods do you accept?
credit and debit cards and selected cryptocurrencies. if neither works for you, a verified reseller can sell you a subscription with other methods, including in-game skins. anything sold outside this site or a verified reseller is not from us.
what do i do after i pay?
the time lands on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. download the loader from the dashboard and run it to start the injection.
do you accept refunds?
generally no once you have bought and used the service. we do consider refunds in extreme cases, for example the software not running properly on your machine. opening a chargeback without talking to us first ends the account and the dispute is contested. the refund policy on this page has the details.
what about the 14 day right to cancel?
if you are a consumer in the eu or the uk you have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase, but that right ends for digital content once delivery starts with your agreement. that is what the box on the purchase page is: you ask us to start your time straight away and accept that the right ends when we do. if you have paid and delivery has not started, open a ticket within 14 days and we refund in full.
can i share or transfer my account?
no. accounts are personal and subscriptions are non-transferable. sharing or selling an account ends it without a refund.
what is a hardware id and why is my account bound to one?
the loader creates a fingerprint of your machine the first time you sign in and binds your subscription to it. this stops account sharing. you can reset the binding yourself on the settings page once every 24 hours.
i changed my pc or reinstalled windows, what now?
go to settings, reset your hardware id and start the loader again. the next sign in binds your new machine. if you hit the 24 hour cooldown, open a support ticket with the hardware id topic.
what do the loader and cheat statuses mean?
they are two different things. loader is the sign in and delivery side: operational means it works, maintenance means we took it down on purpose, and offline means it is down when it should not be, which in practice means our infrastructure is under attack. cheat is the build itself against the counter-strike 2 version you are on right now: working means it runs, updating means the game changed and we are rebuilding, and down means it does not work on this update yet.
the cheat status says updating or down
after a game update we take the build down until it is checked and rebuilt. the dashboard changes as we go, so there is nothing to do except wait. do not open a ticket to ask when it will be back, the status is the answer.
does my subscription time pause while something is down?
no, time runs continuously. if the loader is offline or the cheat is down for more than 24 hours in a row we add the lost time to every active subscription automatically.
i forgot my password
use the forgot password link on the sign in page. we send a reset link to the email on your account. it expires after 30 minutes and only works once.
how do i change my email or password?
both can be changed on the settings page. a new email address has to be confirmed from your inbox before it takes effect.

support tickets
support runs on tickets, not email. sign in, open a ticket under the topic that fits and we answer in the same thread. your account details come attached automatically, so there is nothing you need to look up.
never send your password in a ticket. we will never ask for it.
before you open one
- loader not starting: check the loader status on the dashboard first.
- new machine: reset your hardware id on the settings page yourself.
- payment not credited: wait 15 minutes for crypto confirmations, then open a purchase ticket.
legal and privacy requests
requests about your personal data, account deletion or the agreements on this page go through a ticket under the account topic.
about us
yumira is built by a small independent team. we write everything ourselves, including the renderer the menu runs on, so the client stays light and looks the same in every game session.
we care about three things: the software works when you start it, it looks good while it does, and you always know what state it is in. the loader status and version on the dashboard and the hardware binding are all part of that.
this site and our verified resellers are the only places to buy yumira. anything sold elsewhere is not from us.
terms of service
these terms are an agreement between you and yumira ("we", "us"). by creating an account, buying subscription time or running the loader you accept them. if you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. the service
yumira provides software for counter-strike 2 (the "software"), a loader that delivers it, and this website. access is sold as subscription time measured in days. we may change, update or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. your account
- one account per person. give accurate information and keep it current.
- you are responsible for everything that happens on your account. keep your password private.
- accounts are personal. sharing, lending, selling or giving away an account or its subscription time is not allowed.
3. subscription time and payment
- subscription time starts when your payment is confirmed and runs continuously until it ends. it does not pause.
- prices are shown on the purchase page before you pay and may change at any time. changes do not affect time you already bought. the price you see there is the total you pay, including any tax we have to charge.
- payments are handled by third party providers. their terms apply to the payment itself.
- you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
- refunds are governed by the refund policy on this page.
4. your right to cancel
if you live in the eu or the uk and buy as a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. subscription time is digital content that is delivered at once, so before you pay we ask you to confirm two things: that you want delivery to start straight away, and that you accept losing the right to cancel as soon as it does. that is the box on the purchase page, and we keep the record of it with your order.
we cannot start your time until you tick it. if you have paid but delivery has not started, you can still cancel within 14 days by opening a ticket and we refund in full. everything after delivery starts is covered by the refund policy.
5. licence
while you have active subscription time we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the software on one machine for your own use. all rights not expressly granted stay with us. you may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software or the loader;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, dump or otherwise try to derive the source of the software or its protections;
- interfere with the loader, the authentication or the hardware binding;
- use the software to attack the service, other users or third party systems.
6. hardware binding
the loader binds your subscription to a hardware identifier of the machine you first sign in on. you can reset the binding on the settings page subject to the cooldown shown there. we may refuse or limit resets that look like account sharing.
7. availability and updates
the software depends on a third party game that changes without notice. we do not promise that the software will work at any given time, that it will be updated within any period, or that it will remain compatible with future game versions.
the dashboard carries two statuses and they mean different things. the loader status covers sign in and delivery: maintenance is planned downtime we chose, and offline is unplanned downtime, which in practice means our infrastructure is under a denial of service attack or has otherwise failed. the cheat status covers the build against the current game version: updating means we are rebuilding after a game patch and down means it does not run on that patch yet.
when either status is not in its working state for more than 24 hours in a row we add the lost time to active subscriptions. no other compensation is owed, and we do not owe advance notice of maintenance.
8. your responsibility
you decide whether and how to use the software. you are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third party service, including the game and its platform, and for any consequences that follow from your use, including restrictions or bans applied by those third parties. we are not responsible for such consequences.
9. termination
you can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. we may suspend or end your account, without refund, if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, chargebacks or account sharing, or if we discontinue the service. sections 5, 8, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
10. no warranty
the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error free operation. if you buy as a consumer, this does not take away the statutory rights you have where you live.
11. limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost access to third party services. our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. changes to these terms
we may update these terms. the date at the top shows the current version. material changes are announced on this site at least 14 days before they take effect, and you can close your account before then if you do not accept them. using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. governing law and complaints
these terms are governed by the laws of the country in which yumira is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply and you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts there.
tell us about a problem first. open a ticket under the account topic and we answer within 30 days.
14. contact
questions about these terms go through a support ticket.
privacy policy
this policy explains what data yumira collects, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. we keep it short on purpose. if something is unclear, ask us.
yumira is the controller of that data. open a ticket under the account topic to reach us about any of it.
1. what we collect
account data. your username, email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), your uid and the date the account was created.
subscription and payment data. the plan you bought, the amount, the payment method, the payment reference and the dates. card numbers, wallet keys and similar details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
loader and device data. when the loader signs in it sends your username, a hardware identifier derived from your machine, the loader version, your windows version and the time of the sign in. our servers also record the ip address of every website and loader request.
support data. the tickets you open, the messages in them, and a snapshot of your account taken when you open a ticket: your uid, subscription end, hardware id before and after your last reset, the ip address and browser you opened it from, and your recent orders. this is what lets us answer without asking you to dig anything up.
shoutbox data. what you post in the shoutbox on the dashboard, with your username and the time you posted it. everyone signed in can read it, so do not put anything private there.
we do not collect chat logs, screenshots, files, browsing history or anything from your game account beyond what is listed above.
2. why we collect it
- to run the service: sign you in, deliver the loader, track your subscription time.
- to bind subscriptions to one machine and to detect account sharing and fraud.
- to keep the service secure, for example by rate limiting and blocking abusive addresses.
- to answer support requests.
- to meet legal obligations, such as keeping payment records.
where the gdpr applies, the legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in securing the service and preventing abuse, and compliance with legal obligations. we do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you and nothing about your account is decided by an automated process alone.
giving us this data is part of the contract. without an email address and a hardware identifier we cannot create an account or deliver the software.
3. how long we keep it
- account data: as long as your account exists, then up to 30 days after deletion.
- ip addresses and sign in logs: 90 days.
- hardware identifiers: while bound to your account, and for 90 days after a reset to detect abuse.
- payment records: as long as the law requires, typically up to 10 years.
- support messages: 12 months after the conversation ends.
- shoutbox messages: until you or a staff member delete them, and no longer than 12 months.
4. who we share it with
we do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. we use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions. they are listed with what they do under company details, and today they are cloudflare for hosting, accounts, database, file delivery and the sign in verification, an email delivery provider for account emails and the payment providers you choose at checkout.
some of them run servers outside the eea, including in the united states. where that happens the transfer runs on the european commission's standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard. we may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the service and its users from fraud or abuse.
5. how we protect it
all traffic is encrypted in transit. passwords are stored only as salted hashes. access to production data is limited to the people who run the service. no system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you without undue delay.
6. cookies and browser storage
the website stores your sign in token in your browser so you stay signed in. if you do not tick remember me it is dropped when you close the tab. it contains no tracking information. there are no advertising or analytics cookies. the cookie policy lists every item we store and what it is for.
7. your rights
you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict how we use it or object to it being used. you can change your email and password yourself on the settings page. to exercise any other right, open a ticket under the account topic. we answer within 30 days and it costs nothing. if you live in the eu or the uk you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. changes
we may update this policy. the date at the top shows the current version. material changes are announced on this site.
9. contact
open a support ticket under the account topic.
refund policy
subscription time is a digital product that is delivered instantly and starts running the moment your payment is confirmed. because of that, refunds are limited to the cases below.
1. the 14 day right to cancel
consumers in the eu and the uk normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. that right ends for digital content once delivery has started with your agreement, which is what you confirm with the box on the purchase page before you pay. we keep that confirmation with your order.
if you paid and delivery has not started yet, open a ticket within 14 days and we refund in full, no reason needed. nothing in this policy takes away the statutory rights you have where you live, including the right to a remedy if the software is faulty or not as described.
2. when we refund
- it does not work for you. if the loader does not start or the software does not run on your system, and support cannot fix it within 72 hours of your first report, we refund the unused part of the time you bought.
- duplicate payment. if the same purchase was charged twice, we refund the duplicate in full.
- wrong plan by our mistake. if we credited a different plan than the one you paid for, we correct it or refund the difference.
3. when we do not refund
- you changed your mind, stopped playing or no longer want the software.
- the loader was offline for maintenance or after a game update. lost time beyond 24 hours in a row is added to your subscription instead.
- your account was ended for breaking the terms of service, including account sharing and chargebacks.
- restrictions or bans applied by third parties, including the game or its platform.
- you bought time by mistake for a machine that cannot run the software although the requirements are listed in the faq.
4. how to ask
open a ticket under the purchase topic within 7 days of the payment, with the payment reference and a short description. your uid and recent orders are attached automatically. we reply within 48 hours. the 7 days are our own window and do not shorten the 14 day right in section 1.
5. how you get the money back
approved refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of us agreeing to them. card and paypal refunds take 5 to 10 business days to show up depending on your bank. crypto refunds are sent in the same asset to an address you give us, minus the network fee.
6. chargebacks
please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. a chargeback on a valid purchase ends the account and any remaining subscription time, and the disputed amount plus fees must be settled before the account can be reopened.
cookie policy
this site sets no cookies of its own. it keeps a few items in your browser's local and session storage, all of them needed to sign you in and keep the site working. none of them track you, none of them go to an advertiser, and there is nothing to opt out of, which is why you are not asked to accept anything.
1. what is stored
- sb-<project>-auth-token
- your sign in token, so you stay signed in while you move between pages. local storage when you tick remember me, session storage when you do not, in which case it is gone when you close the tab. strictly necessary.
- yumirasession
- a single flag that records whether you ticked remember me, so we know where to keep the token. session storage. strictly necessary.
- yumirasupportseen<uid>
- which of your support tickets you have already read, so the nav can show a count of new replies. local storage. strictly necessary for that feature and never leaves your browser.
- cloudflare turnstile
- the verification box on the sign in, sign up, password and settings forms. cloudflare may store a short lived token in your browser to remember that you passed the check and to spot automated abuse. strictly necessary for security. it is not used for advertising.
2. what is not stored
no analytics, no advertising, no social network pixels, no session recording, no cross site tracking of any kind. we do not measure how you use the site.
3. how to clear it
signing out removes the token. clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings removes everything listed above. the site keeps working after that, you just have to sign in again.
4. contact
questions go through a support ticket under the account topic.
company details
this site is operated by yumira. everything to do with an account, a purchase or your data goes through a ticket under the account topic, which is faster than email and comes with your account attached.
